Dumpling shells are made of glutinous rice flour, barley flour and potato flour using the VDP method to ensure a chewy texture. This product is made of fresh ingredients, including 100% Korean pork and 5 healthy vegetables (garlic, onion, green onion, cabbage, chives). Produced in a HACCP-certified factory to ensure food safety. The content of potato flour is increased to enhance the chewy texture of the dumpling shells.
